This Week Sunday morning we will celebrate the baptism of Emile, Gideon, and Owen, Gideon! Thanks be to God! The gift of new life, of eternal life, is the gift of the risen Christ. It is the promise of Jesus. It was true for Dorcas in Joppa. It was true for those “who have come out of the great ordeal” in the Revelation vision. It is true for us and for all the baptized: Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Readings: Acts 9:36-43, Psalm 23, Revelation 7:9-17, John 10:22-30  Rummage Sale  We are having a rummage sale on April 30 to raise money to send FTkids to camp this summer. We are looking for about a dozen vendors. Tables are $20, and are not reserved until paid in full. We reserve the right to limit the number and types of vendors. Clothing is not permitted unless it is something that you made. Please contact welcome@firsttrinitychicago.com with questions or to reserve a table.
